• What are your payment terms?
  • Payment in full within seven (7) calendar days of the applicable invoice date and in accordance with applicable invoice requirements. Once the full Purchase Price has been paid by Buyer to Seller, Seller will release the Equipment to Buyer;
  • Buyers from other European Union countries outside of the Seller`s country will be required to supply DLL with their VAT number and a copy of their VAT registration certificate. Once the VAT number and customer details have been confirmed as accurate, standard items may be zero rated for VAT purposes. The zero rating of assets sold is subject to DLL receiving valid proof that the assets have been removed from the Seller`s country and delivered to an address in the Buyer`s EU member state. If acceptable evidence (final CMR and a second shipping document from an independent source) is not received by DLL before the tenth (10th) day of the month following the sale, the buyer must pay VAT at the VAT rate applicable in the seller's country.
